The Covid-19 pandemic has put a lot of load on the hospitals that is giving rise to tons of medical and quarantine waste every day. Disposing this waste in an appropriate way is crucial to ensure proper sanitation. To handle this, the company has developed a compact and portable medical waste incinerator with an inbuilt emission scrubbing system that can dispose 100 kgs of waste per day and is suitable for hospitals to install and dispose medical waste without needing any transportation. This project will study the performance of this machine and benchmark it against other alternative solutions that are being availed for disposal of hospital waste.

- Research other solutions availed for disposing hospital waste and calculate costs, benefits and environmental performance
- Benchmark the company’s product against the above research and compare environmental performance with reference to international standards

Most of the ingredients in the market are a mix of herbs/natural products that are not clinically tested and hence not efficacious. The opportunity lay in developing and designing supplement products that are backed by clinical data and have adequate safety. This will be the differentiator in the market.

- Analysis of competitors in the immunity/stress management/cognitive health space and understanding key ingredients in their formulas
