The Managed Academic iNTernship pRogrAm (MANTRA) is a partnership solution for academic institutions to co-create and offer meaningful, impactful and high-quality academic internships. We enhance employability for students of all age groups and disciplines by curating, managing and supporting appropriately-scoped internship projects with carefully vetted organizations. Our host organizations span the spectrum from startups and social enterprises to large, multi-national corporations whose work is aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals. The partnership model illustrated below has evolved through our experience delivering 100+ programs for 3000+ participants from around the world!

Locations
Virtual Academic Internships
Our virtual internship projects are across the globe, with projects in all continents! They are 3-12 weeks long, with students working 10-40 hours per week – ideal for an academic term / semester or the summer!
In-Person Academic Internships
We currently offer the Managed Academic Internship Program in India, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, and Australia. They are usually 6 to 12 weeks long, with students working 25-40 hours per week – ideal for the summer.
